Welcome to LB Williams Elementary School, 1420 West University, Mitchell, SD! As you look around our website, you will get a sample of all the exciting educational experiences that happen for our students on a daily basis at LB Williams. Located on Dakota Wesleyan University's campus on the corner of Norway and University Avenue in Mitchell, SD,  we are home to 450 "star" students. With a variety of opportunities to meet each student's individual needs, we are hopeful that you will stop by to visit us in person. ribbonL.B. Williams has been named a Distinguished School for the third year in a row. We had more students that were proficient and advanced in Reading and Math than the state's goal for the 2009-2010 school year. Thank you to all the students, teachers and parents for their hard work to make this happen. Keep up the great work!!
